However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Packaging or minor design details may also vary without affecting the product’s main features.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to supplier costs, market conditions, promotional offers, or technical errors.
Available payment methods may include:

- Bank transfer
- Debit or credit card
- Online payment gateway
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact the customer before processing.
3. Order Confirmation

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Inside Dhaka: Within 5 days
- Outside Dhaka: Within 10 days
The delivery timeline starts after the order has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, adverse weather, political disruptions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number.
5. Receiving the Product
Customers should inspect the package at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Please check:
- Whether the package is damaged
- Whether the correct product was delivered
- Whether any accessories are missing
- Whether the product quantity is correct
Customers are advised to record a continuous unboxing video when opening the sealed package.
6. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, model, and warranty conditions mentioned on the product page, invoice, or warranty card.
Warranty may not cover:
- Physical damage
- Broken or scratched glass
- Water damage caused by improper use
- Damage caused by accident or misuse
- Unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear and tear

7. Water Resistance
Water-resistant watches are not waterproof under every condition.
Customers must follow the manufacturer’s water-resistance instructions. Mirza International will not be responsible for water damage caused by improper use, open crowns, damaged seals, hot water, steam, chemicals, or use beyond the stated resistance rating.
8. Website Use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful activities
- Provide false information
- Place fraudulent orders
- Attempt to access restricted systems
- Upload harmful code
- Copy website content without permission
- Interfere with website security or performance
We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or suspend customer accounts if these conditions are violated.
